  • The delivery exceeds the maximum estimated time.

  • The wrong item was sent.

Open a Claim (If No Response)

If the seller doesn’t respond or refuses to help, you can open a claim within 7 days of delivery.

Dokkanak Resolves the Case

Our team reviews the case and decides on a fair resolution. If eligible, we’ll refund your money.

Go to Your Orders in your Dokkanak Account, select the item, and request a return.

Ship the Item Back

If the seller requires a return, send the item back using their preferred return method within the specified time.

Receive Your Refund

Once the seller receives and approves the return, you’ll get your refund. If the seller doesn’t respond, you can request Dokkanak’s help for resolution.
